What a beautiful restaurant and what a beautiful experience. More than a restaurant, it felt like visiting your favourite uncle after Christmas. The owner—as already mentioned by others in their reviews—truly makes you feel welcomed.
I'm a widow, and eating alone in restaurants can be quite hard sometimes. But today's experience just made me genuinely happy.
A big thank you to the owner and the nice waitress.
The food was amazing! I had fries as an entry, beer, and the grilled prawns. For dessert I had the cheesecake and that too was out of this world. I then enjoyed a little liquor before retreating into my camper, as I probably shouldn't drive for a while.
Thank you so much for making me feel good and happy. I will make sure to come back one day.- Wait time

Absolutely beautiful place for lunch directly overlooking the Negratin reservoir. Not only was the food excellent, but also the service. The owner was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will be back :)

The host and hostess were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered. The food was delicious, and so nice to see something a bit different from the usual Spanish fare. We had the spinach salad, the cachopo de ternera and confit duck. We didn't have room for dessert, but the hostess brought us a little chocolate coulant to have with our coffee. They also left the bottle of brandy on the table, for us to help ourselves for the after dinner drink . Derek didn't partake, as he was driving, but appreciated the gesture.

From entering the restaurant the experience was first class. The menu is varied with a good selection of meals for every taste. If you ask for a change to the specific menu item, the owner will try to accommodate you. I actually forgot to take photos when the food arrived but the presentation was first class.

What an amazing place. The location is stunning, with a terrace that overlooks Lake Negratin and the mountains (even Sierra Nevada is visable in the distance).
The couple who run the restaurant are lovely, so friendly and welcoming. Add to that, excellent food at a good price, and what more could you want. We drive 2hrs for a day out there. There is a Mirador viewpoint and recreational park 5 mins away. Even better view.- Servicio

Great place. There were four of us and we all enjoyed our food immensely. Amazing location and views. The staff were very attentive, polite and professional. The restaurant, facilities and outside area were spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed every aspect about visit here. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place, the food was excellent the location and views incredible. The owners Alicia and Jose Manuel made us feel very welcome and special. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning very soon.

The best food, setting and service! What more could you want? We were able to try foods we had never tried before also which was really special. The owner is an absolute gentleman (try the egg yolk and sugar dessert) no recuerdo exactamente el nombre:(
This was without doubt one of the best restaurant I have come accross in Andalucia. The staff are attentive to every need, polite and happy to share their love of the Asturian specialities they offer. The view is wonderful from the terrace, a truly great find.

Wow, is all I can say. It was our Ruby wedding anniversary and we were greeted with a gift, wonderful, meal, staff and view and to finish off, we were given champagne, so thoughtful it made our day, very highly recommended

Obviously amazing location stunning views of the lake etc. The food was fantastic every dish beautifully presented with lovely flavours. The couple who ran the restaurant where happy friendly and very helpful and really added to the whole experience.
